In this live video we get to meet the Sonic Modell AR Stealth Wing for the firs time.Its a 900mm (35") flying wing made from EPP that was specifically designed for FPV flying. The PNP kit is centred around a 2204 2200Kv motor ( traditional quad motor sized motor) which is a good all round choice. However because the motor mount area is well made selecting a larger can motor, such as 2216 1250Kv SunnySky motor with a larger prop for more speed and great efficiency.<h4>A HUGE Bay</h4>The bay in this model is huge and you can easily fit in a li-po or custom li-on battery pack and have room for a flight controller too. For example the Sonic Modell Binary is used in the Philippines to patrol their coastlines!<h4>A Pro Version?!</h4>Yes! Since the original AR Stealth Wing came out, a "Pro" version has been released, we have a review on that coming out shortly, so keep your eyes pealed.<h4>Summary</h4>With a SunnySky 1250Kv motor and a 4S battery pack, I got my AR Wing to over +100mph while smashing through gaps at the end of a huge straight. So yea, quite like it!However if you dig deeper, the range pilots have got with their AR Wings is just nuts (need li-on packs for this ideally).That said, I would suggest the bare kit version of the AR wing and buy the motor, esc, servos and FPV gear separately. Not that the PNP kit is bad, pertly acceptable to get you going if you don't have the parts to hand, but I'm guessing you have two spare servos and a motor spare to get you very close to there already!

So to say its a little nipper would be an understatement!At the time this video was made, the ZOHD Nano Talon wasn't available as a bare kit, it is now which means you can put your own parts in as desired.That said, and as we've covered in other reviews, when it comes to the ZOHD products, it normally makes sense to pay the extra and go for a PNP kit. Why? Time is the key reason, you'll be on the flight line with your new foam a lot quicker, plus to be brutally honest, the ZOHD PNP parts are not that bad at all. Unboxing the ZOHD Drift FPV Glider

In this video, Matt explains the three modifications to the ZOHD Dart 250g that helped him fly his over 45Km (almost 30 miles!). They range in price from almost free to about $30 to enhance the Dart 250g to the next level.<h4>First Dart 250g Modification</h4>You would not believe how much of a difference these make. Using motor stand offs push the motor backwards. This has three key effects, the first the motor is in cleaner air, thus it is more efficient and makes a lot less noise. perfect for long range FPV and for covert FPV too.And the other benefit is less obvious, that is it allows you to put more weight towards the front to the model. This is handy especially if you are using li-on 18650 battery cells and maybe a RunCam Hybrid in the nose!<h4>Tin Foil Hat</h4>With everything crammed into a very small space and the huge desire for range, simply wrapping up the noisy components in foil helps keep the noise down.Obviously make sure there is no bare metal for the foil to conduct to. No seriously, I have seen this done. It was funny when the ESC caught fire, not for the owner though!<h4>FPV Camera Upgrade</h4>If you went for the ZOHD Dart 250g FPV kit, then the best upgrade you can make is to change the FPV camera out for a proper one and use a separate VTX (video transmitter).Assuming you already have a decent quality camera in the nose, have you thought about a rear view camera?
